Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery:

Delivery time scales are between 3 and 5 working days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7AM and 8PM. Please contact us prior to purchase so we can advise what day we cover your area.  Please note, delivery is to the main door only, if delivery is to flats or apartments, then this will be delivered to the main communal entrance. 

We deliver throughout the UK, however, we charge an additional amount to deliver to postcodes where it is difficult for courier services to reach you. 

The following post codes will incur an additional charge of £25.

AB, BN, BH, CT, DT, DD, EX, FK, KA, IV, NR, PA, PH, PL, SA, TR, TQ and Isle of Wight.

If the delivery/exchange/collection fails on the day due to nobody being at home, there will be a £40 rebooking fee which will need to be paid before this is rebooked. 

Returns/Cancellations:

If you wish to return any unwanted goods to us, please notify us by email immediately. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have. We accept returns within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods, please ensure the goods are in their original packaging. If the item are to be returned due to ordering the wrong size/wrong items then you would need to return the items at your own expense, we will not offer a collection service for this. 

Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged. Please let us know should this happen so we can resolve the issues for you. 

If upon assembling there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer a suitable replacement.

Please note: If wishing to return a rolled (vacuum packed) mattress, please contact us before doing this as there are specific requirements for the packaging. If these requirements are not followed, a refund will not be authorised. Please keep original packaging when returning any item.

Should you wish to cancel, we will need at least 72 working hours’ notice. Any cancellation requests after this time scale will incur a £45 restocking and manufacturing fee as all of our items are made to order, we do not hold stock, meaning that the materials will go to waste. Cancellations on the day of delivery, will need to be refused. If the items are still delivered, then you would have to return the item at your own expense.

Exchanges:

Please note, any exchange offered would be on a like for like basis, meaning we can only send out what has been ordered, we cannot change products to different ones and we cannot upgrade items.
